At BoundLust, we aim to provide a reliable and seamless delivery experience for all customers. Please read the following terms carefully, as they form part of our general conditions of sale.
1. Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” and cannot be purchased.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Available delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days — Free
- Premium Shipping (tracking + loss & damage protection): 5–7 business days — $3.99 (free for orders over $39)
If an option does not appear at checkout, it is not available for your region or selected product.
3. Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- carrier delays,
- customs processing,
- local postal services,
- weather conditions,
- peak seasons or force majeure events.
Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed immediately after payment.
Once processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
A package is considered lost only if it has not been delivered after the maximum estimated delivery timeframe defined in your confirmation email, plus a reasonable buffer depending on the carrier.
If your package is missing, delayed, or has an unusual tracking status, please contact us at contact@boundlust.com or via our Contact Form.
We may request:
- tracking screenshots,
- confirmation of address,
- any additional information required to open an investigation with the carrier.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery (as shown on tracking).
Photos or videos of the damaged item may be required.
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund and Return Policies.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
BoundLust is not responsible for:
- delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses,
- non-delivery resulting from client error.
If the order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
8. Customs, Duties & Local Regulations
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Confirmation Emails
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, this does not cancel or invalidate your order. You remain responsible for contacting us to verify your order details.
