Delivery Policy (for Tangible Goods)

All orders are subject to availability.
If an item in your order is not available,it will be marked “Out of Stock” on the product sheet and you will not normally be able to place your order.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items ordered and your location.
The delivery date of your order may vary depending on the shipping practices of the carrier, the delivery location, the delivery method and the quantity of items ordered.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

If the items you have ordered are damaged on delivery, you must contact us as soon as you receive your order. (at the latest within 5 days of receipt of your order, as evidenced by tracking).

At checkout, you will be able to choose the different options then available for the products you have chosen.
The main delivery options are :
Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days – free.
Premium Shipping (Tracking + Loss and Damage Protection): 5 to 7 business days – $3.99, free over $39.

If an option is not available at checkout, it means that your product is not subject to this delivery offer.
