1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
- The product arrives defective, damaged, or incomplete.
- The product received is incorrect (wrong model, size, or item).
- The order is not delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe defined in our Delivery Policy.
- A return has been approved by our team and the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Refusal of delivery unrelated to product issues
- Dissatisfaction based on product expectations (size, color, material, etc.)
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Items used, damaged, or no longer in their original packaging
- Any product that falls under our non-returnable items category for hygiene and safety
2. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery deadline if the order has not arrived).
Late requests cannot be processed.

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
If the refund relates to a defective or incorrect product, photo or video evidence may be required to process your claim.
Once your return (if required) is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Method of Refund
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a physical return is required:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase of shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, refunds related to “change of mind” or cancellation requests cannot be granted.
This includes orders already transferred to our fulfillment queue.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
